In early 2026, The Arab Investment Company (TAIC) transitioned its new corporate identity, “ARAB INVEST,” in strategic step that signals its future direction and opens a new chapter in its journey. Founded in 1974, the company is one of the Arab sovereign wealth funds dedicated to developing resources and strengthening economic integration among its 16 member states.
The new identity reflects the company’s value and investment approach, which emphasizes strong governance, sustainability, effective partnerships, and highest professional and economic standards. It also reinforces the company’s vision of building high-quality investments aligned with the priorities of its shareholder states.

She is a retired architect and a recognized leader in planning, construction, and engineering development. With an intuitive vision for leadership, she has worked across all facets of the land development industry throughout the United States and Asia. She brings a consistent, high standard of expertise and a solutions-driven mindset, enabling her to design strategic business solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each borrower.
Victoria Santiago is the President and Founder of VYSA Design and Development Corporation, a design-build firm operating in both the United States and the Philippines since 2010. She is a Registered Architect in the Philippines and an American citizen.
Ms. Santiago practiced architecture for over 35 years in the United States and brings extensive experience in program and project management across multiple Asian countries. Her cross-border expertise and leadership in design, development, and execution have positioned her as a trusted authority in complex, international projects.
