She brings a consistent, high standard of expertise and a solutions-driven mindset, enabling her to design strategic business solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each borrower.
Victoria Santiago is the President and Founder of VYSA Design and Development Corporation, a design-build firm operating in both the United States and the Philippines since 2010. She is a Registered Architect in the Philippines and an American citizen.
Ms. Santiago practiced architecture for over 35 years in the United States and brings extensive experience in program and project management across multiple Asian countries. Her cross-border expertise and leadership in design, development, and execution have positioned her as a trusted authority in complex, international projects.
