THE ARAB INVESTMENT COMPANY (TAIC)
Is a pan-Arab joint-stock company wholly owned by the governments of 16 Arab countries. Its primary objective is to invest Arab capital in the development of resources across multiple economic sectors within its shareholder countries.
As the authorized U.S. Representative Company for TAIC, SKYLINE GLOBAL VENTURES CORPORATION focuses on two core activities:
- Providing funding for agricultural, industrial, development, and service-sector projects that meet established economic viability criteria.
- Delivering banking and funding solutions to public- and private-sector companies on a global scale.

VICTORIA SANTIAGO, President, CEO
She is a retired architect and a recognized leader in planning, construction, and engineering development. With an intuitive vision for leadership, she has worked across all facets of the land development industry throughout the United States and Asia. She brings a consistent, high standard of expertise and a solutions-driven mindset, enabling her to design strategic business solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each borrower.
Victoria Santiago is the President and Founder of VYSA Design and Development Corporation, a design-build firm operating in both the United States and the Philippines since 2010. She is a Registered Architect in the Philippines and an American citizen.
Ms. Santiago practiced architecture for over 30 years in the United States and brings extensive experience in program and project management across multiple Asian countries. Her cross-border expertise and leadership in design, development, and execution have positioned her as a trusted authority in complex, international projects.
ANITA DY, Chief Financial Officer
Anita Santa Ana brings 44 years of experience in business accounting, including 22 years specializing in tax preparation and tax resolution. She is a Licensed Enrolled Agent, a Registered Tax Return Preparer in the United States, a Licensed Certified Public Accountant, and a retired educator.
Leveraging her extensive accounting and financial expertise, Ms. Santa Ana has successfully managed complex job orders, conducted feasibility studies, developed comprehensive business plans, and supported clients with workforce solutions designed to foster effective and sustainable employer–employee relationships.
